The FCC documents offer a few facts about the iPhone, although one of the documents does ask the FCC to keep photos of the phone and the manual confidential for 45 days after the certification is granted. What the documents do confirm that the phone is a dual-band GSM phone, with support for 850 MHz and 1900 MHz. It will also have Bluetooth and 802.11g Wi-Fi. The compliance label will be laser etched on the phone's aluminum backing. That label show the Apple iPhone's model number as the A1203. Keep your eyes here for the latest iPhone updates. Δ |
